Transfers
Mountain transfer costs: R 350.00 both ways per vehicle The transfer is included in the Venda Village Lodge rate subject to arrival at meeting point at 15h00pm and departure from the lodge at 10h00am (unless arranged otherwise.) Transfers requested at other times will be charged at the normal rate Long‐distances transfers on request.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment details:
In order to confirm your booking, a 50% deposit is required within 72 hrs of receiving the reservation forms. Please
note that your booking will only be confirmed on receipt of your deposit. Balance is due 14days before arrival
All prices are including VAT & subject to change without prior notice.
Cancellation policy:
Should the reservation be cancelled the following costs will occur:
More than six weeks prior to travel ‐ admin fee of R100.00 will be charged
Between six and four weeks of arrival ‐ 25% of the total amount
Within four and two weeks of arrival ‐ 50% of the total amount
Less than 48 hours of arrival ‐ 100% of the total amount
